PASEO PABÓN CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS

This mixed-use design proposal (commercial / residential), seeks to provide residence to professors who works at the University of Puerto Rico and provide commercial spaces that satisfies residential users and the surrounding community. The estimated budget is $750,000.00. The proposal consists of two structures with a gross area of ​​approximately 3,251 square meters [35,000 square feet]. The project manages to accommodate the program on 5 levels and provides parking space for apartments.
